Specifications are from the FASC1600 manual for selection reference. Approved drawings and the technical agreement govern the final configuration. An explosion-proof motor alone does not make the entire machine explosion-proof; medium, zone and protection rating require review.
Material suitability
The manual describes typical suspensions with particle sizes of 0.02–5 mm and solids contents of 10%–50%. Material analysis or testing is needed to confirm suitability. Throughput depends on the complete feed, wash, filtration and braking cycle, not loading mass alone.
